Mobile App
When you use the SmileToAI app on iOS or Android, we also collect:
- Device identifiers (the Android ID or the iOS identifier for vendor) and a push notification token, used only to deliver the notifications you turn on
- Crash reports and diagnostics, including device model and operating system version, used to find and fix errors
- Purchase records from the App Store or Google Play (product, transaction identifiers and renewal status), used to activate and manage your plan
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide and improve our AI-powered services
- Process your requests and generate AI content
- Communicate with you about your account and our services
- Ensure the security and integrity of our platform
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms
- Develop new features and improve existing ones

Content Processing
Your content is processed temporarily to generate results. We do not keep it longer than necessary, and we never use it to train AI models.
Information Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We may share it only:
- With your explicit consent
- To comply with law or court orders
- To protect our rights, property, or safety
- With service providers that process data on our behalf: payment and in-app purchase processing (Stripe, RevenueCat, Apple and Google), push notification delivery (Expo, Google Firebase Cloud Messaging and Apple Push Notification service), crash reporting (Sentry), and AI model providers that process your prompts and files to generate the content you request
- In connection with a business transfer or acquisition
AI Providers
SmileToAI's features run on AI models operated by other companies. The app asks for your permission before it sends anything to them, and only the content a request needs is sent:
- What we send: your prompts and chat messages; photos, videos, documents and audio you attach; your voice when you dictate or talk with the AI; and brand or knowledge files when a request uses them. We never send your password or payment details.
- Who receives it: OpenAI, Anthropic, Google (Gemini), xAI, Alibaba Cloud (Model Studio), ElevenLabs, Deepgram, Gladia, VEED, and Replicate, which hosts image, video and audio models from other developers. A request goes only to the provider of the model you choose, or the one Auto picks for you.
- Why: only to generate the result you asked for. Each provider processes it under its API terms and a data-processing agreement that protects your data at least as well as this Policy, and does not use it to train its models.
- Your choice: you can withdraw your permission at any time in the app's settings. AI features stop until you allow them again.
Your Rights
You may request the following regarding your personal information:
- Access: get a copy of the data we hold
- Correction: fix inaccurate or incomplete data
- Deletion: ask us to delete your data
- Portability: request transfer of your data
- Objection: object to certain processing
